Why cover a hornets' nest with a bowl of plain kill them?
Why cover a yellow jacket nest with a clear bowl killing, while covering the nest with an opaque container does not work.
Clear bowl traps heat from the sun. The bees die of heatstroke. A container dull tones and reduces the heat.
